Welcome to The Kinneagh Kitchen! My name is Peter Lee and I’m a Ballymaloe trained cook from Co. Kildare. After working as a sound engineer for ten years, I made the decision to follow my true passion and in January 2016 I attended the three month certificate course at Ballymaloe Cookery School. I love food and believe in using the best quality ingredients and cooking them simply – to make them shine.
