The Kinneagh Kitchen Christmas

Christmas, my favourite time of year. I love it all – the build up, the presents, the music, the lights, the family time and of course, the food. Christmas dinner is a real celebration – a time to go all out and eat like kings, just for one day. We have a family dinner at my parents house every year and I take care of most of the cooking. I always spend some time sourcing the best ingredients and testing recipes for the big day and this year has been no different. Everything has been tested and ordered at this stage and once the cake is iced this weekend, I’ll take it easy for a week before beginning the prep on the 22nd.
