Hereford Prime Striploin Steaks with Hogao Sauce
The latest in a string of collaborations with Best of Beef – Certified Irish Hereford Prime Beef is one of my favourites. I love a striploin steak – it’s tender and well flavoured thanks to the line of fat which runs down one side. For people who don’t like much fat (not me), it’s easy to remove after the steak has been cut. Hogao Sauce has been one of my favourite accompaniments to everything since I first tried it with Salmon back in 2014. It’s sweet and aromatic and works brilliantly with a range of meats and vegetables. This would be a lovely dish paired up with some roast potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli.
